17.36.090   Access roads.
   Each manufactured home space shall have access to a city street or alley via an internal park roadway. This roadway shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) feet wide and continuous graveled or hard surfaced.
   City streets or alleys connecting to this internal roadway shall also be a minimum of twenty-four (24) wide and shall not dead end. (Ord. 475 (part), 1997)
