17.36.080   Available space.
   A.   It is prohibited to allow a manufactured home to be placed in a manufactured housing park unless there is an available vacant space.
   B.   A manufactured home in dead storage, outside a designated park, shall first have the approval of the city building official. It also may not block access or exit roads and shall comply with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 475 (part), 1997)
