At any time any lot or property within the city containing a manufactured house, mobile home or manufactured housing park not in conformance with Sections 17.36.060, 17.36.150, 17.36.160 of this chapter or Chapter 17.40 of this title (relative to time of placement or development) shall not have been used or had a mobile home or manufactured house located thereon for a period of two years, the same shall be deemed to have been abandoned as a nonconforming mobile home site, manufactured house site or manufactured housing park.
