A. Fees shall include:
1. Permitted conditional use, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
2. Construction fees shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first six spaces plus twenty-five ($25.00), for each additional space;
3. Certificate of occupancy, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
4. A "moving" permit, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) fee, is required of the manufactured home owner, prior to locating any manufactured home within the corporate limits of Custer City. (Ref. Section 15.08.050(G), of the Custer City Municipal Code). Also a "relocating" permit, no fee, is required of the manufactured home owner, prior to removing any manufactured home from the corporate limits of Custer City. (Ord. 475 (part), 1997)
