A. No manufactured house or mobile home shall be located within Custer City except as follows:
1. Within the provisions of Section 17.36.060 of this chapter, for the development of new manufactured housing parks approved after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter;
2. Within the provisions of Chapter 17.40 of this title for new placement of manufactured homes on individual lots;
3. Within the provisions of Section 17.36.150 of this chapter and the residential district, on individual lots for the location of existing manufactured homes and mobile homes and within parks existing prior to effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter; but after April 23, 1981, and used continuously during this time period.

Homestead Addition—lot 21
Homestead Addition—Lots 9 and 10
Greater Addition—Lots 4 and 5
Block 83, Lots 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10
Homestead Addition—Lot A
4. Within the provisions of Section 17.36.160 of this chapter and the residential district, on individual lots for the location of existing mobile homes and within parks existing prior to April 23, 1981, and used continuously for that purpose since said date, which said trailer houses or mobile homes are set forth as follows:
