17.24.010   Intent.
   The intent of the industrial district (I) is to provide space for certain commercial and a wide range of industrial uses and structures which are able to meet certain performance standards to protect nearby noncommercial and nonindustrial uses from undesirable environmental conditions. (Ord. 432 (part), 1995)
