The following principal uses and structures shall be permitted in highway commercial districts (HC):

B. Automobile sales, machinery repair, services, and service stations;
C. Automobile parking;
D. Bus garaging and equipment maintenance;
E. Communication and utility uses;
F. Contract construction services;
G. Drive-in eating and drinking places;
H. Farm products warehousing and storage, excluding stockyards;
I. Funeral and crematory services;
J. Libraries, museums, art galleries, planetaria, aquariums, historic and monument sites, exhibition halls, penny arcades;
K. Athletic facilities;
L. Short-term rentals, motels and hotels;
M. Motor freight garaging, terminals and equipment maintenance;
N. Signs;
O. Parks;
P. Retail sales;
Q. Warehousing;
R. Financial, insurance and other professional services;
S. Professional services;
T. Cannabis dispensaries;
U. Townhouses, single-family dwellings, and multiple-family dwellings;
V. Public storage facilities.
