In commercial and industrial subdivisions, in the portions of residential subdivisions reserved for commercial or industrial uses, and the lots or parcels platted for commercial or industrial uses, lots or parcels platted for commercial or industrial sites shall be large enough to provide for off-street loading and unloading facilities and off- street parking facilities.
