There is adopted the "Custer Municipal Code," as compiled, edited and published by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Any and all supplements to the "Custer Municipal Code" of the city of Custer, South Dakota as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation are hereby also adopted to the "Custer Municipal Code". Such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day of its adoption and approval by the common council of the city of Custer. The Custer city finance officer or designee is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the "Custer Municipal Code" on file in the office of the finance officer.
