16.04.070   Schedule of fees, charges and expenses.
   The city council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses and collection procedure for all requests pertaining to this title. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the planning administrator and may be altered or amended only by the city council. Until all applicable fees, charges and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. (Ord. 555 (part), 2002)
