2.32.160   Extraterritorial platting jurisdiction.
   After the city council has adopted a comprehensive plan, or modifications to such plan, which shall include a major street plan and future land use map, such shall be filed in the Custer County office of the register of deeds and shall be forwarded to the county commissioners through the office of the county auditor in which the municipality is located. Upon filing, no plat of a subdivision of land lying within the municipality, or of land within the extraterritorial platting jurisdiction outside of its corporate limits and not located in any other municipality, may be filed or recorded unless the plat has been acted upon by the city planning commission and the approval of the city council. The planning commission shall act upon plat submittals within sixty (60) days of submission. The extraterritorial platting jurisdiction is hereby designated in accordance with SDCL 11-6-26 and includes the area as shown on the Custer City extraterritorial platting jurisdiction map attached hereto.
