15.16.041   Designation of the floodplain administrator.
   The city planner is hereby appointed the floodplain administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management. (Ord. 879, 2023; Ord. 710 (part), 2012)
