15.08.030   Appeal.
   If the city staff refuses to issue a building permit, the refusal may be appealed to the Common Council. Their decision shall be final. (Ord. 877 (part), 2023; Ord. 827 (part), 2019; Ord. 786 (part), 2017; Ord. 402 (part), 1993)
