The standard connection with the main shall be copper or approved two hundred (200) pound test roll plastic pipes from curb stop. In the event the streets are paved, the owner of the property having the water service shall replace galvanized pipes with copper or approved two hundred (200) pound test roll plastic pipes where the same would be under paving.
