2.20.010   City administrator.
   The city administrator shall be the chief administrative officer of the city and shall be responsible to the common council and mayor for the administration of all affairs of the city. The city administrator shall perform all duties and have all powers as provided by law and by resolution or motion of the city council. The city administrator shall oversee and direct the administration of all departments, offices and agencies of the city, except as otherwise provided by the code or by state law. The city administrator position may be combined with the city finance officer position. (Ord. 882, 2023)
