12.08.090   Water and sewer lines.
   No water line or sewer line installed within the city and hooked to the city water or sewer line system may be buried until it has been inspected by the Custer City public works supervisor or designee . The city inspector shall then sign a release and the lines may then be buried. Inspection fees shall be set by the council from time to time. (Ord. 875 (part), 2022: prior code § 8-203)
