A. Application for a digging permit shall be made by written notification to the public works department at least 48 hours in advance of commencing work.
B. In the case of an emergency, the public works department will make every effort to issue a permit as soon as possible.
C. Permit application will be made at the Finance Office and reviewed for approval by the public works supervisor or city administrator. (Ord. 875 (part), 2022: Ord. 422 (part), 1994: prior code § 7-202)
