All vehicles parked on Mt. Rushmore Road between 4th Street and 8th Street shall be parked at an angle of approximately forty-five (45) degrees with the front tire touching the curb. All vehicles parked on 4th Street, 5th Street, 6th Street, and 7th Street, within one block of Mt. Rushmore Road, except for 5th Street north of Mt. Rushmore Road, shall be parked at an angle of approximately forty-five (45) degrees with front wheel touching the curb. All vehicles parked on Montgomery Street between 5th Street and 6th Street shall be parked at an angle of approximately forty-five (45) degrees with front wheel touching the curb.
