Without permission of the city, no person shall set, allow to be set, or use any trap for the purpose of catching any animal, which trap could injure or kill any animal, except for persons trapping wild animals as defined in Section 6.04.010 of the Custer Municipal Code as amended, and except by persons employed by or agents of the sheriff, game fish and parks, or city department for purpose of the city’s health and welfare.
