A. It is unlawful for any person to deposit or leave any refuse, paper, cans, bottles or containers or garbage of any nature whatsoever on any public street, alley, sidewalk, public place, way or building, or upon any privately owned property, except in covered or enclosed garbage cans and containers, located in designated areas.
B. A violation of this section is a Class II misdemeanor and subject to the penalties therefor as set forth in Chapter 1.12 of this code. (Ord. 398 (part), 1993; prior code §12-125)
