A. It is unlawful for any person or persons, firm, corporation or association of individuals to engage in, cause, or allow to be caused, any act or conduct or to permit or omit to do any act which shall cause or create or maintain a nuisance within the limits of this city, as defined in the ordinances of this city.
B. A violation of this section is a Class II misdemeanor and subject to the penalties therefor as set forth in Chapter 1.12 of this code. (Ord. 398 (part), 1993; prior code §12-121)
