9.08.010   Intentional damage to property.
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to intentionally injure, damage or destroy public property without the lawful consent of the appropriate governing body having jurisdiction thereof or private property in which other persons have an interest, without the consent of the other person.
   B.   A violation of this section is a Class II misdemeanor and subject to the penalties therefor as set forth in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
