A. It is unlawful for any person, within the corporate limits of this city, to be guilty of any conduct tending toward disturbing the peace of any other person. The causing or making of any unnecessary loud noise or shouting or yelling is considered a breach of the peace.
B. A violation of this section is a Class II misdemeanor and subject to the penalties therefor as set forth in Chapter 1.12 of this code. (Ord. 584, 2003)
