A. No on-sale licensee shall permit any person less than twenty-one (21) years of age to loiter on the licensed premises or to sell, serve, dispense or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
B. A violation of this section is a Class II misdemeanor and subject to the penalties therefor as set forth in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
