Any person convicted in violation of any provision of this chapter, or maintaining any nuisance in violation of any provision of this chapter, shall be punished as Class II misdemeanors, for which the punishment is imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days, a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or both, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
