§ 9.10.060 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The City Council by resolution shall establish hours during which parks and park facilities owned and operated by the City of Culver City shall be closed to the public. In each park a sign shall be conspicuously displayed which states the hours of operation of the park and the hours during which the park is closed to the public.
