A. No person shall erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, demolish, install, replace, equip, use, occupy, maintain or relocate any building or structure or fixture or equipment or property, or cause or permit the same to be done, in violation of any provisions of this Chapter, and no person shall fail to comply with any lawful order made thereunder. Any such violation or failure to comply shall be a misdemeanor which shall be punishable in accordance with § 1.01.040 of this Code.
B. Any violation of, or failure to comply with this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any such violation or failure is committed, continued, or permitted and shall be punishable accordingly.
C. At the discretion of the City Attorney, any violation of this Chapter may be prosecuted either as a misdemeanor or as an infraction.
