A. Adoption of International Property Maintenance Code, 2021 Edition.
Pursuant to Cal. Government Code §§ 50022.1 to 50022.8, the International Property Maintenance Code ("IPMC"), 2021 Edition, promulgated and published by the International Code Council, including Appendix A, is adopted by reference, subject to the amendments, additions and deletions set forth below. One true copy of the IPMC, is on file in the office of the Building Official and is available for public inspection as required by law.
B. Amendments to the Code.
Section [A] 111.2 of the IPMC is hereby amended as follows:
IPMC Section [A] 111.2 Membership of board, is deleted in its entirety. The 2022 California Building Code, as incorporated into the Culver City Municipal Code, will govern the administration of the IPMC.
Sections[A]111.2.1 through [A]111.8 of the IPMC are hereby deleted.
