Within 20 days after service of the Administrative Hearing Officer's Administrative Order upon the responsible person, he or she may seek review of the Administrative Order by filing an appeal with the Los Angeles County Superior Court. The responsible person shall serve upon the city clerk either in person or by first class mail a copy of the notice of appeal. If the responsible person fails to timely file a notice of appeal, the Administrative Order shall be deemed confirmed.
