Within 15 days after the conclusion of the hearing conducted pursuant to Section 9.01.730, the Administrative Hearing Officer shall notify the responsible party by first class mail of the Administrative Hearing Officer's determination and any orders issued. If the Administrative Hearing Officer determines that the animal is a nuisance animal and the maintenance thereof, a public nuisance, the responsible party shall comply with the Administrative Hearing Officer's order within 10 days after the date of mailing of the determination and order.
