A. The City of Culver City hereby adopts by reference Divisions 1, 2 and 3 of Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code, "Animals," encompassing §§ 10.04.010 through 10.90.010, inclusive, dated October 6, 2016, with certain amendments, additions, deletions and exceptions. The provisions of the Los Angeles County Code Title 10, as indicated above, shall be applicable in the City and referred to, together with this Chapter 9.01, as the "Animal Ordinance of the City of Culver City."
B. A copy of the Los Angeles County Code, Title 10 shall be available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office and in the Animal Services Division of the Culver City Police Department.
