Every person owning or having custody or control of any cat over the age of four months in the City may obtain, on a voluntary basis, a City license for each of such cats. If such license is obtained, all required license fees shall be paid as set forth in § 9.01.405 of this Subchapter. The numbered license tag will be marked with "Culver City Animal License."
