§ 9.01.040 BEE KEEPING; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep bees, or an apiary, unless a permit has been obtained from the Animal Services Division as set forth in § 9.01.025 herein. Nothing shall be construed herein to prohibit the keeping of bees in a hive or box located within a school house for the purpose of study or observation.
