§ 11.07.110 SURRENDER OF MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT.
   Any permittee to whom a permit has been issued pursuant to this Chapter shall immediately surrender his or her permit to the Permit Administrator upon its nonrenewal, suspension, or revocation. A permit is not valid beyond the effective date of the suspension or revocation, whether surrendered or not.
