§ 15.13.055 FEES AND COSTS.
   The applicant shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the City in connection with the submittal, review and processing of the relocation impact report application, including all costs relating to the retention of consultants to review and verify the information contained in the relocation impact report. Applicant shall also be responsible for all costs in implementing, monitoring and enforcing the provisions of this Chapter. Such fees and costs shall be set forth in a fee schedule established by resolution of the City Council.
