Adoption of California Green Building Standards Code, 2022 Edition.
Pursuant to Cal. Government Code §§ 50022.1 to 50022.8, the California Green Building Standards Code, 2022 Edition, published at Title 24, Part 11, of the California Code of Regulations ("CGBSC") is adopted by reference, subject to the amendments, additions and deletions set forth below. One true copy of the CGBSC, is on file in the office of the Building Official and is available for public inspection as required by law.
