A. Upon the filing of an application as herein provided, the Director of Planning shall place the matter on the agenda of the Commission for consideration within forty (40) days after the date of submitting. At the time set thereof the Commission shall approve, approve with a condition or disapprove said Tentative Parcel Map.
B. At the time of acting upon a Tentative Parcel Map, or at any time prior to filing, the Commission may waive or modify the requirements of this Subchapter, if it finds that such action is necessary to avoid practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship inconsistent with the general purpose and intent of this Subchapter, and if such waiver or modification will not be contrary to the objectives of this Chapter.
