Dedication is not required on any map referred to in Section §§ 66499.11 et seq. of the Subdivision Map Act and/or on any map made for the sole purpose of establishing existing land title boundaries; except that dedications may be required however, pursuant to Cal. Gov't Code §§ 66499.11 et seq. if so determined by the Council.
