§ 15.10.400 ACCEPTANCE FOR CHECKING.
   No Final Map of a subdivision shall be accepted for checking by the City Engineer until the Council's action on the Tentative Map shall have been received by him and partial checking fees paid and then only in the event that the Final Map shall conform to the Council's action thereof.
