§ 15.10.220 VESTING TENTATIVE MAP PROCEDURE.
   A vesting Tentative Map shall be filed in the same form and have the same contents, accompanying data and reports and shall be processed in the same manner as set forth in this Chapter for a Tentative Map except as hereinafter provided:
   A.   At the time a Vesting Tentative Map is filed, it shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words “Vesting Tentative Map.”
   B.   No vesting tentative map application shall be accepted for filing unless:
      1.   The City Engineer certifies issuance of a building permit for construction of the proposed development and all proposed uses will not violate the provisions of Chapter 5.02 and the policies and regulations established thereunder; and
      2.   The City Planner certifies issuance of a building permit for construction of the proposed development and all proposed uses are not inconsistent with the General Plan and any applicable specific plan, and zoning, and certifies all discretionary land use approvals have been obtained.
