The City Council by resolution may establish conditions of approval for tentative maps, including condominium subdivisions. Any conditions so established which are applicable to a particular tentative map shall be made a part of that map at the time of approval thereof and the final map shall not be approved until all of such conditions have been performed or satisfied.
