§ 15.10.030 DISAPPROVAL WHERE USE PROHIBITED.
   The Commission may recommend disapproval and the Council may disapprove a Tentative Map if the only practical use which can be made of the property as proposed to be divided or subdivided is a use prohibited by any ordinance, law, statute, general plan, or other valid regulation.
