§ 15.09.015 MATTERS SUBJECT TO MANDATORY MEDIATION; PROCESS.
   A.   The following matters are subject to mandatory mediation:
      1.   Any claim a rent increase is excessive or unjustified, except as provided in Subsection A.2 of this Section.
      2.   Mandatory mediation as provided in Subsection A.1. of this Section shall not be applicable to a rent increase for a single-family home, condominium unit or mobile home unit used as a rental unit, a mobile home pad, property containing less than two (2) rental units, or property governed by a written lease which contains a provision authorizing a rent increase at a rate previously established by the terms of the written lease.
   B.   Mediation services shall be provided in accordance with this Chapter and the bylaws now in effect or hereinafter amended.
