§ 15.06.315 REDUCTION OF FEES FOR SECOND UNIT.
   A.   When a building permit is sought for addition of a second unit to a property containing a single family dwelling, regardless of the zoning district in which the property is located, the amount of the in lieu fee to be paid at the time the Certificate of Occupancy is issued shall be for that second unit, fifty percent (50%) of the amount required under the formula established in § 15.06.310 D. for so long as the property remains developed with two (2) units.
   B.   In the event a second residential unit is constructed and the reduced in lieu fee established in Subsection A. is paid, and thereafter a building permit is sought for construction of one or more additional residential units, so that the property is developed with three (3) or more units, the amount of the in lieu fees to be paid at the time the Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the new additional units shall be calculated pursuant to the formula established in § 15.06.310 D., and an additional amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the in lieu fee for the second unit shall be collected.
