As used in this Subchapter, the following terms are defined as follows:
NEW DEVELOPMENT. Used in establishing the New Development Impact Fund and Fees shall mean any of the following:
1. Construction or relocation of a structure for non-residential use.
2. The addition, extension or enlargement of an existing structure used or intended for nonresidential use.
3. The conversion of a residential use structure to a nonresidential use structure.
4. The conversion of parking structures or facilities to another nonresidential use.
SQUARE FOOTAGE. Used in establishing this fund, means the aggregate of all floor space enclosed within the exterior walls of a building, including basements.
