Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter or any regulation established by resolution of the City Council relating to a towing operation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in the City or County jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
