§ 11.11.005 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this Chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TOWING OPERATION. The activity of towing vehicles for compensation within the City of Culver City. TOWING OPERATION includes the storing of vehicles and all other services incidental to towing.
   TOW UNIT OPERATOR. The operator of a tow unit employed by an official police garage to respond to police-initiated requests for tow service.
