§ 11.09.320 POWER TO REVOKE PERMIT.
   The Committee on Permits and Licenses or City Council shall have the power to revoke any permit whenever such sale is being conducted in violation of the provisions of this Subchapter or in such manner as to deceive or defraud the public.
