Before a permit may be revoked, a copy of the charges and allegations supporting revocation, together with notice of time and place for hearing, shall be served, at least three (3) days prior to date of hearing upon the person, firm or corporation involved, or their agent or employee. Upon a hearing wherein the grounds of such complaint are sustained, the Committee on Permits and Licenses or the City Council shall revoke permit and no further permit shall be issued to the same person, firm or corporation for a period of six (6) months.
