§ 11.05.045 PRESENTATION OF INFORMATION CARD AND NOTICE OF INTENTION.
   No person shall accept any charitable contribution unless both the information card, as provided for in § 11.05.010 C. and the Notice of Intention, as provided for in § 11.05.015, are presented to the person solicited for perusal, allowing sufficient opportunity for such person to read such documents.
